Chekuri V. Raju - President - StoneBridge Business Solutions LLC

Mr. Raju has over 19 years of progressive automotive industry experience in various senior management and executive roles. As a Global Director of Information Services and reporting to President he was responsible for overall Information Services strategy and operational execution. During this tenure he championed a number of business improvement IT initiatives relating to PLM, Business Intelligence, Supplier Networks, Knowledge Based Engineering, Global Intranet, Content Management and Workflow solutions. He also held positions in Global Purchasing, Engineering Services, Product Development management, Document Management and Quality certification initiatives. Over the years, reporting to various Senior executives, he coordinated a number of special projects in analyzing business processes, deploying reengineered business processes, identifying opportunities for cost improvement, obtaining Ford Motor Company’s Full Service Supplier status and other strategic planning projects. He has a unique combination of strong information technology and business process skills.

He was a 2006 CIO 100 Award Honoree, a recognition awarded to 100 best global companies that have deployed information technology to improve business process performance. He is also a Certified Professional in Health Care Information Management Systems (CPHIMS). He obtained a certificate in “Reengineering Mastery” issued by Hammer and Company. He also received a Customer Driven Quality Award from Ford Motor Company and was also a finalist in Tomkins’s Charles C Gates award.

He has an MS and an MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India

David R. Zimmer - Managing Partner - StoneBridge Business Partners LLC

Mr. Zimmer is the former President and CEO of Twitchell Corporation, Core Industries Inc, and New Venture Gear Inc. Former CFO of Acustar and held various finance positions at Chrysler and Ford. Member of Board of Directors of two publicly traded companies - Twin Disc, Inc. and Detrex Corporation. Mr. Zimmer has held leadership positions in publicly traded and private equity companies ranging in size from multinationals to small. Extensive automotive industry experience with the unique background of having worked for all of the "Big Three." In addition to automotive experience, has been involved in numerous industries (including machining, textiles, chemicals, farm and off highway equipment, electronics, instrumentation, and climate control)

Mr. Zimmer has accomplished numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financial restructuring transactions in various industries and sizes, the most important being the sale of Core Industries at over four times the value when the Company was joined. Has led turnarounds in a variety of industries, the biggest being responsible for developing Chrysler's internal business plan to avoid bankruptcy. Has been responsible for operations throughout the world, including building, buying and selling companies overseas, especially strong recent experience in China . Has an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Michigan .

Rex R. Struble - Managing Partner - Stonebridge Business Partners LLC

Mr. Struble is the former global product business director of the Steering and Suspension product line of TRW Automotive and has spent eleven years with Delphi Automotive as a senior resident engineer at the General Motors technical center in Warren , Michigan . Mr. Struble holds an MBA (Corporate Finance) from University of Michigan, an under graduate degree in electrical engineering, and has received the specialized designation of Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor through the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors based in Chicago and in collaboration with NYU. He has also attended the Certified Business Intermediary program at the International Business Brokers Association and attended the Executive M&A program at Case Western Reserve University . Mr. Struble is a member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Business Brokers Association. He has extensive international experience having held strategic planning responsibilities for an organization with 47 facilities in 17 countries and has participated in business development activities in Europe, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, and most recently in China.
